Baked Scallop and Double Smoked Bacon Gratin
1 dozen Labrador Gem Scallops with a old cheddar morney, herb butter, double smoked bacon and herbed breadcrumb
To Cook:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook scallops from frozen for 20 minutes until golden brown and delicious looking.
If you would rather thaw the scallops and cook them, let that in fridge overnight and broil under broiler for about 5-7 minutes.
