Who doesn’t love pan seared crab cakes ?!?!?!?..... if you don’t like em well get the effing outta here, i got no time for non crab cake lovers… maybe you need to try these...
Crab Cakes with Louie Dip
Thaw crab cakes on a plate or sheetpan or something flat with some paper towel underneath them to keep them relatively dry.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. When oven is ready place a saute/frying pan on the stove medium high heat,... non stick might be helpful here ladies and gents, or a well seasoned cast iron. When pan is nice and hot add some oil of choice or even clarified butter and pan fry crab cakes on both sides till golden brown and crispy. Place on sheet pan and in hot oven for 5 minutes to warm through.
Serve plated with Louie Dip and some lemon or lime wedges.
