If you want to serve it cold (a la Galantine) just slice and enjoy!
However warming it up to get the prosciutto nice and crispy is even better. Here is how we do it.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook Roulade for 20 minutes until the prosciutto takes on a nice colour.
Let the roulade sit for about 5 minutes, slice if necessary and enjoy.
