From St. Mary's Ontario, this Appenzeller style cheese is renowned for the use of traditional swiss technique. The unpasteurized milk is left in its 100% natural state when the cheese is made.

Excellent for melting, and extremely good on its own.

• All pick-ups are for specified day that we are open - No same day pickups. If ordering on a Sunday, Monday or on a Holiday, orders will be ready on 2nd business day open
• All pick-ups are at our Kent Street Location (504A Kent Street, Ottawa)
• We are closed every Sunday/Monday

Local delivery:

• Please note that we do not offer same day delivery
• Our driver is on the road between 11am and 5pm, Tues-Sat
• For sensitive deliveries (e.g. shucked oysters) please leave a note at checkout telling us when you will be available for drop-off
• If you live in a building which requires a drop off at the front desk please give us all appropriate information to ensure you receive your order properly
